After developing a prototype system for RealHub earlier this year, Audacia have now been contracted to develop a fully integrated property research tool. The system will be released as a mobile application and will provide users with the ability to perform detailed analysis of residential areas, which will include demographic data, crime statistics and historic house pricing.
RealHub are a property research and marketing company that specialise in providing seamless information brokerage between agents, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
The system is currently being developed using Microsoft’s WebAPI technology, Google Mapping API and will be released on both iOS and Android platforms.
