Join Emily O'Connor who will be talking about some of her best tips and tricks development teams can adopt to avoid those horror story situations when we hear triggering phrases, like "devs can't test".
In her talk Emily invites the audience to select which topics they most dread to here, from scary sayings like:
- “That's not even a bug”
- “It works on MY machine”
- “We don't have time for testing"
These are all examples of triggering phrases that a development team could say throughout projects, but Emily wants to focus on the best practices testers can implement to avoid them.
This talk will give testers tips to improve developer relationships and find ways to teach developers more about what testers do - making teams work better, together.
