After completing a MSc in Software Engineering, Philip worked in a number of senior software roles, specialising in trading & risk management, prior to founding Audacia. Philip is responsible for the overall strategy and culture of Audacia.
Philip is responsible for Audacia’s technical strategy and infrastructure, deciding the most appropriate tools and technologies for each project. Philip is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and prior to Audacia held technical roles at HSBC and Barclays.
Adam is ultimately responsible for all of Audacia's development teams and the operational delivery of all ongoing and supported projects. Prior to joining Audacia, Adam spent 8 years managing projects on behalf of BAE Systems.

Richard is Audacia’s Head of Engineering and is responsible for deciding the most appropriate tools and technologies for each project, delivering technical oversight on infrastructure, technologies and frameworks to successfully deliver future-proof, secure and scalable systems.
Providing strategic support, Andrew is a leading networking and security expert, having attained numerous globally recognised qualifications such as CISSP, PCI QSA, Check Team Leader and CCIE. Andrew is also an MBA graduate of Leeds University.
Providing support to develop and increase Audacia's market position in the UK and worldwide, Ross is known for his ability to achieve demanding financial and operational objectives, bringing a transformational corporate leadership skillset to a range of high profile roles in often challenging and time/resource-sensitive environments.
