Providing technology solutions to transform organisations across healthcare

The healthcare industry has always required the most effective solutions to provide patient care and ensure operational efficiency. Today, faced with a skills shortage in health analytics and tightening budgets, the healthcare industry requires innovative solutions more than ever.

Audacia has worked closely with a number of healthcare organisations to provide strategic digital transformation support and deliver intuitive and scalable platforms to simplify complexity and enable organisations to work smarter; from platforms to manage end-to-end vaccination processes for the largest network of travel clinics in the UK, MASTA, to systems to manage over £317m funding allocation each year for the nation's largest funder of health and care research, The National Institute of Health Research (NIHR).

This project was much more than an upgraded financial tool for us. Audacia’s end-platform delivered on all aspects meaning our internal operations have become more streamlined and we can manage a greater number of funding assessments.

Managing Hidden Waterfalls in Legacy Modernisation Projects
Matt Cross - 25/02/2026
Agile remains the dominant delivery model for good reason but in legacy-heavy organisations, its effectiveness can quietly erode. As undocumented behaviours and operational workarounds emerge, the legacy system reasserts itself as the source of truth. The result is a hybrid model - agile in appearance, waterfall in substance.
