As AI becomes embedded within organisations processes and decision making, the need for clear governance grows more pressing. But while organisations acknowledge its importance, many are still asking the question: what does effective AI governance really look like?
In this session, we take a measured look at designing and implementing AI governance that works in the real world, with frameworks that are clear, robust and adaptable.
Drawing on project experience delivering AI roadmaps and governance frameworks with the Legal Ombudsman, the session will explore how people, process and policy come together to support responsible use of AI in practice.
