Trusted by organisations to design and deliver AI-native operating model transformations across structure, processes, workforce and technology.

We partner with organisations to redesign their operating models around AI capability, working across organisational structure, processes, workforce and technology to deliver transformations that are structured, sequenced and built around how the organisation operates.

We help leadership teams understand what an AI-native operating model means for their organisation, define what needs to change and execute the transformation required to achieve it.

We work with organisations at any stage of transformation maturity, from those designing an AI-native operating model from the ground up to those looking to accelerate an existing transformation that has not yet delivered the structural and operational change it set out to achieve.

We deliver AI native operating model engagements from initial assessment through to operating model design, transformation planning and delivery, working closely with senior leadership, technology and operational teams throughout.

Our partnerships begin with a structured assessment of your current operating model, identifying how work flows through your organisation, where decisions are made, where AI and automation could fundamentally change how processes operate and where the greatest opportunities for transformation exist.

We assess organisational structure, process maturity, workforce capability and the technology and data architecture that will need to support an AI-native way of working. From that assessment, we design a target operating model that reflects your organisational objectives, the AI capabilities you are building and the pace at which your organisation can realistically transform. Organisational design work addresses structure, roles, accountability and the governance needed to operate effectively with AI at the centre of how the organisation works.

Process redesign identifies the core processes most amenable to AI-driven transformation, re-engineering them to leverage AI and automation at scale. We work with your operational teams to map current processes, identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows with AI capability at the centre of how they operate.

Workforce and capability transformation is addressed as a core workstream throughout. We assess current capability gaps across skills, roles and ways of working, define what the target operating model requires from your people and develop a transformation plan that addresses how your organisation will build, acquire and retain the capability it needs to operate effectively with AI at scale.

Technology and data architecture alignment ensures the systems, platforms and data infrastructure needed to support the target operating model are identified and planned for as part of the transformation, connecting operating model design to the technical delivery required to realise it.

The way that we work is that we are subject matter experts, we know our business, we know our customers, we can then have that conversation with the team at Audacia. It is very much a collaborative 2 way process and the level of communication is just fantastic.

Enterprise Data Foundations: The Determinant of AI at Scale
Enterprise Data Foundations: The Determinant of AI at Scale

Most enterprise AI projects stall not because the model fails, but because the data underneath is incomplete or inaccessible. This article sets out the five dimensions of AI data readiness, examines how data debt compounds across initiatives, and explores the architectural patterns that allow organisations to scale AI.

Why Team Alignment Determines Whether Technology Projects Succeed
Why Team Alignment Determines Whether Technology Projects Succeed

Decades of research across tens of thousands of projects point to team alignment as the root cause of failure. This article examines why alignment failures are so common, how they compound over time, and what engineering leaders can do to build the single-team model that is the strongest predictor of project success.

Why AI Projects Fail to Scale: The Five Root Causes
Why AI Projects Fail to Scale: The Five Root Causes

More than 80% of AI projects fail which is twice the rate of non-AI IT projects. This article explores the five reported consistent root causes of this failure: starting with technology instead of a business problem, weak executive sponsorship, poor data readiness, no path to production, and treating AI like a traditional IT project.
