Testing and validating system performance under real-world demand for organisations where reliability, scalability and speed are business-critical.

We design and execute performance and load testing engagements for organisations across industries, giving teams the evidence they need to validate system performance, identify bottlenecks and release with confidence.

We work with organisations across a range of performance testing needs, from those requiring a one-off performance test ahead of a major release or compliance deadline, to those looking to embed performance testing as a continuous discipline within their delivery process. Our performance testing services span web and application performance, API and integration performance and infrastructure scalability, designed around your architecture, user profiles and the performance standards your organisation needs to meet.

Performance and load testing engagements are shaped around your system architecture, user profiles and the performance benchmarks your organisation needs to meet.

Every engagement begins with a scoping phase to understand your system architecture, user profiles, peak demand scenarios and the performance benchmarks that matter to your organisation. We define the test approach, identify the environments and data requirements needed and agree the scenarios that will be simulated before any testing begins.

We design and build performance test suites that simulate realistic load across the full range of user journeys and system interactions. Load testing validates how systems behave under expected demand, while stress testing pushes systems beyond normal operating parameters to identify the point at which performance degrades. Soak testing assesses system stability over sustained periods of use, surfacing memory leaks, resource exhaustion and other issues that only emerge under prolonged load.

Test execution is managed in environments that reflect production conditions as closely as possible, with monitoring in place across application, API and infrastructure layers to capture a complete picture of system behaviour under load. Results are analysed in detail, with findings presented clearly alongside prioritised recommendations for optimisation.

Where performance testing is being embedded into a delivery pipeline, we configure automated performance test suites to run as part of your CI/CD process, providing ongoing assurance that performance standards are maintained as systems evolve.

Validating system performance under real-world demand across web, API and infrastructure layers

From pre-release performance testing and bottleneck identification, to performance investigation in existing systems and continuous performance testing within delivery pipelines.

Pre-Release Performance Testing

Validating system performance ahead of go-live, simulating realistic load across user journeys and system interactions to identify bottlenecks and confirm systems meet required performance standards before release.

Performance Investigation and Optimisation

Investigating performance issues in existing systems, identifying root causes across application, API and infrastructure layers and delivering prioritised recommendations to restore and improve system performance.

Continuous Performance Testing

Embedding performance testing into delivery pipelines so performance standards are validated automatically as systems evolve, providing ongoing assurance without manual intervention at each release.

Using industry standard tools and technologies

From K6 and JMeter, to Lighthouse, we use the latest, industry-standard technologies to validate, optimise and maintain system performance under real-world demand.

Delivering performance and load testing for organisations across industries

From pre-release performance validation for high-volume consumer platforms, to infrastructure scalability testing for large-scale public sector systems.

The way that we work is that we are subject matter experts, we know our business, we know our customers, we can then have that conversation with the team at Audacia. It is very much a collaborative 2 way process and the level of communication is just fantastic.

What AI-Assisted Engineering Means for Software Testing
What AI-Assisted Engineering Means for Software Testing

AI coding tools are now embedded in most development workflows, but AI-generated code introduces more security vulnerabilities, duplication and critical defects than human-written code. This article examines the risks and the testing and governance practices engineering leaders need to capture the productivity benefits without accumulating quality debt.

Non-Functional Testing in the Cloud-Native Era
Non-Functional Testing in the Cloud-Native Era

Cloud-native architectures have changed the landscape of software quality. This article examines the five dimensions of non-functional testing that matter most in cloud-native environments: performance, resilience, security, observability, and accessibility, and what engineering leaders need to consider to address them.

Testing AI: How to Effectively Evaluate LLMs
Testing AI: How to Effectively Evaluate LLMs

This article examines why traditional software testing falls short for LLM-powered systems and what organisations need to do differently. It covers the scale of the hallucination problem, evaluation approaches for RAG and agentic AI systems, the emerging regulatory requirements around AI testing, and how engineering leaders can build the evaluation capability needed to deploy AI responsibly.
